Send a Message to Premier Clark today!BC's seniors and people with disabilities deserve high-quality and accessible public health care. Take action now and send a letter to the provincial government demanding that it make critical changes to improve the lives of BC seniors and people with disabilities. In countless studies and consultation - most recently the 2007 Conversation on Health, and the 2006 Premier's Council on Aging and Seniors' Issues - people urged government to make the necessary changes to allow seniors to live with dignity and respect. To date, the provincial government has failed to act to improve necessary services such as home support and long term care. The government also continues its drive to privatize despite evidence that not-for-profit facilities offer better staffing levels and quality of care. We need you to speak out to protect seniors and people with disabilities. Click here to download a hard copy letter that you can sign and send to us by post.
